These terms govern access to SquadSphere for captains, players, and teams using the app for coordination, communication, vacancies, reminders, fee follow-up, and live match tools.

Using SquadSphere

You must provide accurate account information and use the app only for genuine sports team coordination. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

That includes messages, invitations, polls, team updates, match administration, and any live scoring or streaming actions linked to your account.

Account access

SquadSphere may offer sign-in through email, OTP verification, password login, or Google sign-in, depending on the product flow available to you.

Keep your login method secure. Do not share OTPs, passwords, or device access in a way that could let someone else operate your account.

Captain responsibilities

Manage teams, players, vacancies, polls, and fee requests fairly

Use contact imports, player data, and match tools only for genuine team operations

Avoid fake teams, fake vacancies, misleading payment requests, or false live match records

Transfer captaincy or leave responsibly before deleting an active captain account

Player responsibilities

Reply honestly to availability polls

Use chat respectfully and avoid harassment or spam

Do not impersonate other users, teams, or captains

Pay only the amounts you independently verify with your captain or team process

Fees and match operations

SquadSphere records fee assignments, reminders, QR sharing, and payment status for coordination only. The platform is not a payment processor, wallet, or financial intermediary.

Captains and players are responsible for verifying final amounts, payment destinations, payment completion, live score updates, and match records.

Streaming and media

If you use match streaming, scoring, or upload media to SquadSphere, you must have the right to share that content and must not violate anyone's privacy, publicity, copyright, or platform rights.

We may restrict or remove live or uploaded content that is abusive, misleading, unsafe, or not appropriate for the service.

Misuse and enforcement

You may not use SquadSphere to harass users, collect money fraudulently, scrape data, post unlawful content, or interfere with the platform. We may remove content or restrict accounts when needed.

Service updates

Features, moderation practices, and legal documents may change as SquadSphere evolves. Continued use of the service means you accept the latest version of these terms.
