Who can use SquadSphere

You must be 18 or over to hold a SquadSphere account. India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 treats anyone under 18 as a child, and we do not knowingly create an account for one.

A team organiser may add an under-18 player to a squad so that the player appears on a scorecard. If you do that, you are confirming you have their parent’s or guardian’s permission to record their name and their performance, and you remain responsible for it.

Using SquadSphere

You must provide accurate account information and use the app only for genuine sports team coordination. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

That includes teams and players you create, match administration, scoring, fee records, and any streaming started from your account.

Account access

SquadSphere may offer sign-in through email, OTP verification, password login, or Google sign-in, depending on the product flow available to you.

Keep your login method secure. Do not share OTPs, passwords, or device access in a way that could let someone else operate your account.

Captain responsibilities

Manage teams, squads, and match fees fairly and transparently

Record only fees your side genuinely owes, and tell players what the amount is for

Avoid fake teams, misleading payment requests, or false match records

Share a stream code only with people you want to be able to broadcast your match

Player responsibilities

Give accurate details when you join a team or a squad

Treat other players respectfully and avoid harassment or spam

Do not impersonate other users, teams, or captains

Pay only the amounts you independently verify with your captain or team process

Fees and match operations

SquadSphere records the fee amount a captain sets, who is paying, and who has been marked as paid. This is a record for coordination only. SquadSphere never handles money: it is not a payment processor, wallet, or financial intermediary, and no card, bank, or UPI details pass through it.

Captains and players are responsible for agreeing amounts, settling payment between themselves, and checking that scores and match records are correct.

Streaming and media

If you use match streaming, scoring, or upload media to SquadSphere, you must have the right to share that content and must not violate anyone's privacy, publicity, copyright, or platform rights.

If you connect a YouTube channel, SquadSphere may create, bind, start, and stop live broadcasts only for the streaming actions you request in the app. You can revoke SquadSphere access from your Google account permissions at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Streaming uses YouTube API Services, so you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Your use of Google's services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

We may restrict or remove live or uploaded content that is abusive, misleading, unsafe, or not appropriate for the service.

Misuse and enforcement

You may not use SquadSphere to harass users, collect money fraudulently, scrape data, post unlawful content, or interfere with the platform. We may remove content or restrict accounts when needed.

Platform availability

We work to keep SquadSphere reliable, but live streaming can depend on network quality, device performance, and third-party services such as YouTube.

Service updates

Features, moderation practices, and legal documents may change as SquadSphere evolves. Continued use of the service means you accept the latest version of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hissar, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
