Community & Safety Rules

SquadSphere is built for real local sports coordination. These rules help keep captain and player relationships safe, useful, and respectful.

Respect first

No threats, hate, bullying, harassment, or intimidation

No repeated spam or pressure towards players in your teams

No misuse of player data outside normal team operations

Stay truthful

Use real team names and genuine match details

Do not invent matches, squads, or fee claims

Do not manipulate scores, payment records, or live match data dishonestly

Add players honestly

Add someone to a squad only where a real team or match relationship exists, and only where you have their agreement to record their name and their performance. A player added to a squad appears on the scorecard of every match they play in, and those records stay with the other players in that match.

Use media and live tools carefully

Only upload photos, logos, or QR codes that you are allowed to use

Only stream or score real matches that you are authorized to manage or record

Do not use payment QR uploads or live score tools to mislead players

Moderation and reporting

We may review misuse, remove content, restrict features, or disable accounts if behavior risks player safety, platform trust, or payment integrity.
